How we use your information

• To evaluate you for current and future roles, including via AI-assisted screening (Evizra) reviewed by our recruiters.
• To communicate with you about applications, job alerts, and inquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve our site and services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Plattr Talent, each acting on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and resume file storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. contact form, job alert confirmations).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site usage analytics.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We retain candidate information (including resumes) so we can consider you for current and future roles. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Children’s privacy

Plattr Talent is intended for job seekers and employers and is not directed at children under 18.
